Costs of Program

Physical Therapist Assistant students will have expenses in addition to the regular tuition and other charges identified in the Louisiana College Catalog. Students may anticipate expenses for but not limited to:

• Uniforms: cost will vary depending on clinical site

• Lab coat with insignia: approx. $40

• Name badge: approx. $15

• Travel: will vary depending on location of clinical site assignment

• Background check/drug screening: $88

• Liability insurance: $25

• Hep B vaccination: $60 for each injection (3 total)

• TB skin test: $12

• Titer Hep B: $25

• Rubella titer: $14

• Physical Examination: Free of charge if scheduled through Louisiana College’s Health Services Office.
