Louisiana College recognized the 2013 Fall Graduates in the commencement ceremony Saturday, December 14, at 10 a.m. in Guinn Auditorium.
Dr. Steve Horn (pictured), Pastor of First Baptist Lafayette and LBC President, was the commencement speaker.
Louisiana College President Dr. Joe Aguillard was there to welcome the graduating class and present the degrees.
The mission of Louisiana College is to provide liberal arts, professional, and graduate programs characterized by devotion to the preeminence of the Lord Jesus, allegiance to the authority of the Holy Scriptures, dedication to academic excellence for the glory of God, and commitment to change the world for Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Upon graduation from Louisiana College, students have received a broad exposure to the liberal arts and sciences, are grounded in the knowledge of a major area of academic inquiry, and have encountered opportunities for integrating all learning into a workable framework within the context of the Christian faith.
