The residence halls at Louisiana College are supervised by both full-time and student staff members. The staff assists students with academic, social, personal, and spiritual growth while maintaining the integrity of the Louisiana College code of ethics and community standards.

Head Advisors
The Head Advisors (HAs) are staff members who are responsible for the maintenance,upkeep, and supervision of each residence hall. They supervise the Resident Assistants (RAs) and enforce College policy and procedure.

Resident Assistants

The Resident Assistants (RAs) are undergraduate students who have been selected through personal interview as part-time staff members of the College. They are responsible for the residents in their halls and the administration of College rules and regulations concerning residential living. They are trained in College policy and procedure, are excellent communicators, and are leaders on campus.
